Agartala, 26th September 2024: Jana Unnayan Samiti Tripura (JUST) organized health camps at Panchajoy Para under Ganganagar RD Block, Dhalai district on September 23 last and at Laxmi Lunga under Bamutia RD Block in West Tripura district on Thursday.
The health camp was organized for the benefit of the people and to spread awareness about health check-up and maintaining a healthy life.
More than 200 people mostly women and children were diagnosed from various health ailments by the Doctors. There was no sign of malaria positive after testing around 25 people at Panchojoy para.
The objective of conducting the health camp was to create awareness of general health among the people, provide general health care services and counselling them on basic healthcare and hygiene.
People were diagnosed with various common diseases such as Skin diseases, cough & cold, fever, reeling of head, decreased appetite, etc. some of the people were advised to go for further treatments in the hospitals.
