Agartala, 30th March 2024: A local woman sustained serious injuries from a bicycle accident in the Daudarani area, prompting immediate action from concerned citizens and emergency services. The incident took place under Sonamura police station, where people present at the spot immediately informed the fire brigade.
The victim, identified as a 45-year-old school-bound woman, was accompanied by her son when the accident took place. Upon arrival in the Daudarani area, the bicycle was involved in a mishap, resulting in the woman’s fall onto the roadway. Swiftly attended to by the firefighters, she was transported to a nearby hospital for urgent medical care.
Medical personnel, recognizing the gravity of her condition, decided to refer her to GB Hospital for specialized treatment. As of the latest reports, she remains under intensive care at the facility. The community has rallied in support of the woman and her family during this challenging time.
