PM Modi, HM Shah and Rahul greets people of Tripura on Statehood day

Agartala, 21st January 2025:   Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi today greeted the people of the state on the Tripura Statehood Day.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi today greeted the people of Tripura on its Statehood day. He remarked that the state was making noteworthy contributions to national progress.

In a post on X, he wrote: “Best wishes to the people of Tripura on their Statehood Day. The state is making noteworthy contributions to national progress. It is also known for its rich culture and heritage. May Tripura continue to scale new heights of development.”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also greeted the people of the state and said, “Greetings to our sisters and brothers of Tripura on statehood day. A proud bearer of Bharat’s heritage, Tripura has evolved a significant contributor to the nation’s growth today. May the state keep progressing and emerge as a role model of development”.

While, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi said, “Best wishes to the people of Manipur, Meghalaya, and Tripura on their Foundation Day! The rich diversity of languages, cultures, histories, and traditions in these states represents the true strength of India. May this special day strengthen our unity and bring peace, progress and prosperity to all”.
