Agartala, 13th December 2024:   The students of Natunbazar Class XII School staged a protest today by locking the main gate of their school in response to the sudden transfer of their English teacher Karuna Noatia. The protest has prompted a swift response from the police and school inspector, who rushed to the scene upon receiving the news.

The students expressed their concern over the transfer of Karuna Noatia, who was the only English teacher for grades 11 and 12 at the school. ” Noatia is an excellent teacher who explains our studies well. We need her, especially with our exams approaching,” said one of the protesting students. The sudden transfer has created a sense of disruption among the students, leading to the protest.

In their demonstration, the students demanded the reversal of the transfer, emphasizing that the absence of their English teacher could severely affect their academic performance. The school administration is yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident.

The situation remains tense as authorities work to address the students’ concerns and restore normalcy at the school.
