Agartala, May 23, 2023: The High Court dismissed the case for regularization of teaching and non-teaching staff under the Tripura Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. The Samagra Shiksha teachers filed an appeal in the High Court on their long-standing demand.

After hearing the arguments of both parties in this case, the High Court gave the final verdict on Tuesday. On this day, the appeal on behalf of the teaching and non-teaching employees under the Tripura Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan came up in the Single Bench of the High Court.

High Court judge Arindam Lodh dismissed their regularization appeal. Advocate Kaushik Roy handled the appeal on behalf of teachers and non-teachers of the Samagra Shiksha.

After the judgment of the single bench of the High Court, the lawyer said that the judge dismissed their appeal. However, the judicial analysis of the judgment will be done only after receiving the certified copy of the judgment of the High Court. After that, the next decision will be taken according to the law, said lawyer Kaushik Roy.

The Chairman of Tripura Samagra Shiksha Employees Association, Prakal Debbarma said that the next decision will be taken after receiving the copy of the judgment. But he said to go to the division bench.

At the same time, Debbarma said that once a judgment was given in their favor by the Division Bench of the High Court and then the government made a scheme. This scheme was contrary to their regular taxation. NCTE and MHRD have made it clear that notification before August 23, 2013 will not require TET. Even then, the next decision will be taken only after receiving the certified copy of the judgment, Debbarma said.

So now the doors of the High Court are closed for all the Tripura Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.
