BJP candidate Kriti Singh Debbarma files nomination, CM confident of victory in 400 seats

Agartala, 28th March 2024 :   :BJP candidate Kriti Singh Debbarma has officially submitted her nomination for the East Parliamentary (ST) seat in the Lok Sabha election, filing the paperwork in Ambassa, Dhalai District. The event was marked by a massive rally, spearheaded by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, BJP President Rajib Bhattacharya, Tipra Motha founder Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma, Minister Tinku Roy, Sudhangshu Das, and other dignitaries.

Speaking at the rally, Chief Minister Dr. Saha expressed confidence in their victory, asserting that opposition leaders are feeling the pressure after witnessing the scale of the gathering in Ambassa. He emphasized the importance of unity in diversity, noting that it is the key to realizing the vision of “Ek Tripura Srestha Tripura” (One Tripura, Best Tripura). Dr. Saha highlighted the unprecedented turnout, attributing it to the love for the country and its people.

He humorously suggested sending doctors to those who were visibly shaken by the rally, implying that the opposition may be feeling apprehensive. Dr. Saha declared that, in his view, the outcome of the election is already evident from the overwhelming support demonstrated at the rally. He underscored the commitment of BJP, IPFT, and Tipra Motha to the development of Tripura, seeking the blessings of the people for success in the Lok Sabha polls.

Furthermore, Dr. Saha stressed the importance of grassroots efforts, urging supporters to engage in door-to-door visits to strengthen community ties and garner support. The rally served as a platform to reaffirm the collective dedication to the progress and prosperity of Tripura, aligning with the vision set forth by Prime Minister Modi’s Act East policy and the HIRA Model for development in the Northeast, particularly in Tripura.
