Agartala, 12th April 2024:   All India Congress Committee leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is set to arrive in Tripura on April 16 to participate in a road show at Agartala for the upcoming Lok Sabha election.

Addressing a press conference, Former Minister and MLA Sudip Roy Barman announced that Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the General Secretary of All India Congress, would be arriving in Agartala on April 16.

“She will arrive here at 2:15 PM and proceed with a road show, visiting various areas in and around Agartala city and will address a small gathering at Surya Chowmuhani before departing. We urge everyone to come forward to ensure the success of this rally and to support the INDI bloc. Victory in this election will be for truth, as we have the support of the people. I appeal to everyone, including the general public and INDI bloc workers, to join us in making this road show successful,” said Roy Barman.

When asked about other events Priyanka may attend, Sudip mentioned that they had requested vehicles for programs in other locations, but most vehicles were already booked by the CEO office.

“The drivers of the remaining vehicles have expressed difficulty in providing their vehicles for the road show or any other program. Given the overall situation, we have made this decision,” he added.
