Agartala, April 09: Numerous candidates express dismay as errors found in TET-I and TET-II exams’ answer sheets lead to loss of marks, prompting legal action.

Lawyer Purushottam Roy Burman highlights the significant errors in the answer sheets, resulting in candidates losing deserved marks. The Tripura High Court convened on Tuesday to address the matter.

Initially dismissed by a single bench, the petitioners persevered, escalating the case to the Division Bench, which included Justice T Amarnath Gaur and Justice Biswajit Palit. Both sides presented arguments, with the state government represented by the Advocate General.

Following deliberation, the Division Bench scheduled a new hearing for April 24, acknowledging the gravity of the situation. Purushottam Roy Burman, representing the petitioners, provided detailed insights during the proceedings.
